Presentation & Reporting Specialist (MIS)

Job Description:

• Develop and deliver high-quality presentations for daily stand-ups, weekly syncs, and monthly business reviews with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to gather and synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Design visually engaging slides, dashboards, and infographics that effectively communicate technical and strategic information.
• Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, trend identification, and KPI tracking.
• Maintain and enhance presentation templates to align with brand guidelines and evolving business needs.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support decision-making processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the technology or IT industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, dashboards) and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Canva.
• Strong analytical, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
