Pricing Specialist

The company, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Specialist to support pricing strategy, fee calibration, and commercial optimization initiatives. The mission of the company is to deliver an amazing experience—fast, easy, and to your door.

The Pricing Specialist will focus on analyzing pricing performance, maintaining pricing frameworks, supporting cross-functional projects, and ensuring alignment between business, operations, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze pricing performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Support delivery fee calibration and pricing optimization initiatives.
• Prepare pricing recommendations based on data analysis and business impact.
• Maintain pricing templates, trackers, and reporting dashboards.
• Validate pricing configurations and ensure implementation accuracy.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis.
• Track KPIs and provide insights to improve profitability and customer experience.
• Ensure alignment with company pricing policies and strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in pricing, analytics, strategy, or commercial roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with SQL, BI tools, or data visualization is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
