Principal Account Cloud Engineer - Digital Natives

As a Principal Account Cloud Engineer, you will collaborate with sales to bridge the gap between business and technology, showcasing the value of Oracle Cloud to our customers. This role requires a commitment to customer success and the ability to adapt to a constantly evolving portfolio of cloud services. You will lead technical efforts on customer accounts from project inception to full adoption, utilizing your understanding of our customers’ systems and business needs to provide unique solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical activities on customer accounts, focusing on Digital Native clients with robust cloud and software engineering practices.
• Provide technical expertise on cloud infrastructure, platforms, and architecture to ensure Oracle cloud technology drives customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales to define account strategies and win new workloads.
• Lead solution creation, architecture design, and conduct workshops to demonstrate the value of cloud products and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Technical fluency and strong communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking regarding business and technical challenges.
• Commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional value.
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI).
• Experience serving external or internal customers in roles such as consultant, cloud architect, or platform engineer.
