Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical activities on customer accounts, focusing on Digital Native clients with robust cloud and software engineering practices.
- Provide technical expertise on cloud infrastructure, platforms, and architecture to ensure Oracle cloud technology drives customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales to define account strategies and win new workloads.
- Lead solution creation, architecture design, and conduct workshops to demonstrate the value of cloud products and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Technical fluency and strong communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking regarding business and technical challenges.
- Commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional value.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI).
- Experience serving external or internal customers in roles such as consultant, cloud architect, or platform engineer.
