Principal Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic accounts within KSA.
• Own the go-to-market strategy and execution for strategic accounts, drive revenue growth, and set the vision for how the company partners with leaders to reshape the industry.
• Build and maintain trusted C-level relationships with strategic accounts, fostering partnerships anchored on customer obsession, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Solutions Architecture, Partners, Marketing, and Customer Success) to solve customers' most complex business and technical challenges.
• Identify transformational opportunities, de-risk execution, and replicate success through scalable sales plays and mechanisms.
• Use data and metrics to manage pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and sales productivity.
• Represent the company at industry events and evangelize our innovation across the industry.

Work Conditions
This role is based in Riyadh, KSA, with travel required to key customer sites.
