As a Principal AI Consultant, you will be responsible for leading complex end-to-end Artificial Intelligence engagements, driving the definition, architecture, delivery, and adoption of high-impact AI solutions. This position requires a combination of deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and software engineering with strong leadership and consulting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex Artificial Intelligence engagements from opportunity shaping to solution delivery and adoption.
- Guide the design and implementation of production-grade AI solutions, including architecture, models, AI applications, APIs, orchestration layers, pipelines, and platform integrations.
- Ensure high standards in delivery excellence, covering engineering standards, code quality, testing approaches, monitoring, and operational governance.
- Manage and influence technical and business stakeholders, building trust and identifying opportunities for additional value creation.
- Coach and guide team members in project delivery and technical problem-solving.
- Contribute to reusable assets, delivery methodologies, technical standards, and best practices.
- Present strategic recommendations and technical outcomes, translating complexity into business impact.
- Build and strengthen client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to new business development.
- Participate in recruitment activities and support the development of senior team members.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Data Science or AI roles, with at least 2 years in leadership and project management.
- Proven experience in delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Expert programming skills in Python and hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks.
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with expertise in architecting scalable AI applications.
