In this role, you will lead architectural initiatives aimed at ensuring data integrity and driving innovation to support our company's growth and societal impact. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the design and implementation of data management solutions to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Overseeing the development and maintenance of the MDM architecture to support business objectives.
- Providing technical expertise in Stibo to optimize data management processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data management strategies with business goals.
- Driving innovation in data management practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with data governance policies and standards.
- Developing and maintaining documentation for data management processes and architecture.
- Conducting regular assessments of data management systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members to build a strong data management team.
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide effective solutions.
- Leading the evaluation and selection of data management tools and technologies.
- Ensuring seamless integration of new data management solutions with existing systems.
- Providing regular updates to senior management on data management initiatives and progress.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Data Management Functional, MDM Architecture, and Stibo.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive innovation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining data management documentation.
- Proven track record of leading successful data management projects.
- Deep understanding of data governance policies and standards.
- Experience in New Product Development within the Travel & Hospitality domain is a plus.
