Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of data management solutions to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of MDM architecture to support business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise in Stibo to optimize data management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data management strategies with business goals.
- Drive innovation in data management practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data management processes and architecture.
- Conduct regular assessments of data management systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to build a strong data management team.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide effective solutions.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of data management tools and technologies.
- Ensure seamless integration of new data management solutions with existing systems.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on data management initiatives and progress.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Data Management Functional, MDM Architecture, and Stibo.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive innovation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in developing and maintaining data management documentation.
- Proven track record of leading successful data management projects.
- Deep understanding of data governance policies and standards.
- Experience in New Product Development within the T&H domain is a plus.
