Job Description:
In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience as a Business Analyst to drive innovation and impactful systems solutions. You will be responsible for applying your knowledge of Software Engineering Methodologies, database structures, and Object-Oriented Programming to create meaningful business impacts through analytical skills. You may also act as a Senior Product Owner in Agile practices and enhance the organization's Business Analyst practice.
Required Skills:
- 10-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the relevant specialization.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Software Engineering Methodologies like SDLC (e.g., Waterfall, Iterative Agile/Scrum).
- High level of proficiency in technology such as database structures and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Proven ability in Reporting Tools, Business Process Management (BPM) tools, Testing tools, and Requirement management tools.
- Demonstrated development of innovative and impactful systems solutions.
- Evidence-based experience in creating meaningful business impact through analytical skills.
- Capable of acting as Senior Product Owner in Agile practices.
- Track record of enhancing an organization's Business Analyst practice, with strong visibility in the internal BA community.
