The company is seeking an experienced Principal Business Analyst – Digital Onboarding & Process Transformation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end digital onboarding, KYC/KYB, customer lifecycle, and compliance transformation initiatives.
  • Transform manual and offline processes into digital self-service and Straight Through Processing (STP) journeys.
  • Design digital onboarding journeys using eKYC, biometrics, and AML screening.
  • Collaborate with various teams to define future-state operating models.
  • Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and customer journey maps.
  • Oversee process re-engineering initiatives to enhance customer experience and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify automation opportunities using AI and intelligent document processing.
  • Support strategic initiatives in Wallet, Payments, Lending, and Digital Banking.
  • Lead UAT activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Conduct Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to onboarding conversions and operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and lead business analysts and project teams.

Requirements:

  • 10–12+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Delivery, or Digital Transformation within Banking, Payments, or FinTech.
  • Strong experience in digital onboarding, KYC/KYB, AML, and compliance.
  • Proven track record in process digitization and STP transformation.
  • Familiarity with digital wallets, payments, lending products, and API integrations.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Visio, and process modeling tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Awareness of AI and automation technologies.
  • Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile preferred.
