Responsibilities
- Solution Development and Design: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements, business objectives, and pain points. Design Azure Cloud Infrastructure solutions that drive business value while ensuring high performance, security, scalability, maintainability, repeatability, reusability, and reliability upon deployment.
- Project Management: Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Solution Proposition: Collaborate with technical teams to oversee solution propositions, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to Azure cloud solutions, identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to product enhancements based on customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, or architecture.
- Experience in a customer-facing role and leading technical projects.
- Technical Certification in Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
