Principal Consultant

Our Consulting team assesses customers’ strategic, organizational, and business challenges and uses in-depth industry knowledge to offer technical solutions that apply to future business environments and operational objectives to help our customers gain market share and increase efficiency. We are seeking an accomplished Program Management consultant to lead complex AI programs across multiple teams, partners, and business stakeholders in the UAE. This role is ideal for someone who can translate AI strategy into execution, manage delivery across internal and external teams, and bring structure, clarity, and momentum to fast-moving initiatives. As a Principal Consultant, you will serve as a subject-matter expert on industry and AI technology transformation.

Responsibilities
You will:

• Conduct executive workshops and deep dives; frame options and recommendations.
• Review and assess statements of work for quality and clear expectations, dependencies, success criteria, and milestones.
• Provide oversight of large and/or complex programs with multiple workstreams.
• Manage customer experience, internal stakeholders, and provide clear thought leadership.
• Translate complexity into decisions — can turn ambiguous AI work into clear milestones, tradeoffs, and exec-ready updates.

Required Skills
Essential Requirements:

• 15+ years of related experience in a professional role or equivalent experience.
• Execution excellence — drives timelines, dependencies, RAID logs, and cross-functional accountability.
• AI literacy — understands model lifecycle, data dependencies, evaluation, deployment, and failure modes.
• Ability to translate complex signals into clear recommendations.
• Strong facilitation and influence skills with senior stakeholders.

Desirable Requirements:

• Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MS, MEng) and multiple language fluency.
• Architect-level certifications (e.g., AWS SA Pro, Azure Architect Expert, TOGAF).
