What You’ll Achieve
As a Principal Consultant, you will become a subject-matter expert in industry and technology transformation. You will lead discovery sessions, architecture discussions, and roadmap development while quantifying value realization for executives. Your insights will mitigate risks associated with investments and expedite outcomes. Your role will involve implementing and consulting on the largest and most strategic AI initiatives and cloud service providers globally. Responsibilities
You will:
- Conduct executive workshops and detailed analysis to frame options and recommendations
- Lead the development of reference architectures, migration strategies, and operating models
- Produce executive-ready narratives and value cases while guiding delivery teams
- Mentor senior consultants and contribute to the development of methods and templates
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Expert knowledge of cloud/data architecture and enterprise integration
- Ability to translate complex signals into clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong facilitation and influence skills, especially with senior stakeholders
- Experience in synthesizing cross-industry or multi-cloud environments
Desirable Requirements
- Typically requires 15+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree; or 12+ years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 8+ years of experience; or equivalent experience
- An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS, MEng) and architect-level certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, TOGAF) are strongly desired
