As a Principal Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders across regulated industries (financial services, insurance, pharma, healthcare, and public sector). You will support complex digital transformation initiatives and help build the company’s most strategic enterprise opportunities, engaging directly with customer executives to define digital strategies and shape future customer experiences. This high-impact individual contributor role combines industry expertise, critical thinking, and consultative engagement, collaborating with sales leaders, solution consultants, and partners to unlock the full value of the company and deliver meaningful business outcomes!

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Advisory & Executive Engagement – Partner with C-suite leaders across Regulated Industries. Shape transformation strategies and lead executive discussions aligned to the company’s capabilities.
  • Vision & Experience Strategy – Co-create “north star” customer experiences. Define the capabilities required to deliver them.
  • Value & Business Case Development – Develop value-based narratives and quantified business cases. Demonstrate the economic impact of the company’s solutions.
  • Deal Strategy & Opportunity Acceleration – Work with enterprise sales teams to shape complex opportunities. Position the company as a strategic transformation partner.
  • Industry Thought Leadership & Ecosystem Collaboration – Contribute to industry vision. Partner across sales, consulting, product, and ecosystem teams to deliver high-impact engagements.

What You'll Need

  • Industry Expertise – Experience working with organisations in financial services, insurance, pharma, healthcare & public sector. Strong understanding of digital transformation trends in these sectors.
  • Digital Transformation & Customer Experience – Knowledge of customer experience, digital marketing, data, and technology-enabled engagement. Understand how these capabilities support new business models.
  • Executive Engagement – Ability to influence C-suite and senior leaders. Translate complex ideas into clear strategic narratives.
  • Strategic Problem Solving – Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to structure complex problems and develop clear recommendations.
  • Consultative Collaboration – Experience supporting complex enterprise opportunities. Skilled in value storytelling, crafting financial justifications, and cross-functional collaboration.
