Principal Consultant

This role leverages in-depth industry knowledge of the business environment and various technical solutions to assist customers in gaining market share and increasing operational efficiencies. The Principal Consultant provides technical and consultative leadership for consulting technical solutions across a range of complex engagements, focusing on specific industry or service offerings. A deep understanding of an organization’s business, industry requirements, and systems is essential for success in this position.

Key accountabilities include:

• Understanding the customer’s strategic, organizational, and business challenges, offering solutions that relate to future business environments and operational objectives.
• Analyzing requirements, implementation, customization, integration, documentation for customers, and managing projects and change.
• Collaborating closely with Sales, pre-sales teams, project managers, other consulting team members, and customers to ensure smooth implementation and transitions from start-up through to integration and production.
• Leading the solution and proposal development process once project goals and objectives have been established.
