In this pivotal role of Principal Customer Success Manager for the Digital Experience Cloud in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will drive digital transformation and maximize value for our strategic enterprise accounts. You will collaborate with prominent companies across the Middle East, helping them achieve their goals using Adobe’s innovative solutions. We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to guide our customers through their digital journeys, ensuring they achieve their objectives and derive significant value from Adobe’s offerings. This position involves fostering long-term partnerships, promoting product adoption, and implementing strategic success plans.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead customers through their digital transformation journey, understanding their objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Enhance value realization and solutions adoption, improving return on investment.
  • Develop positive relationships with senior-level stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Foster relationships with Adobe’s strategic multi-solution, multi-brand clients.
  • Create a comprehensive post-sales strategy to increase the value of customer investments in Adobe's solutions, focusing on retention and advocacy.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Solution Consulting, and Professional Services teams.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the CSM organization within Adobe.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • A degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience in post-sales account management within Digital Marketing (analytics, optimization/conversion, social) and an understanding of Adobe’s competitive landscape.
  • Background in pre-sales, marketing/creative agency, or consulting is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of large, global, sophisticated accounts.
  • Established relationships at the highest levels within assigned accounts.
  • Experience in driving customer retention initiatives and achieving high retention rates and customer satisfaction (NPS).
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Adaptable and self-aware with the confidence to hold oneself and others accountable.
  • Persistent, approachable, and goal-oriented.
