Principal Data and AI Architect

The Principal Data and AI Architect will join the D360 team, a specialized group focused on the next generation of technology at the company. This role involves developing innovative solutions for customers across various industries, collaborating with teams including Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Product Marketing.

The D360 Technical Architect is responsible for providing deep technical domain expertise, solving complex business problems through data and AI. You will play a pivotal role in helping customers understand how D360 is the right fit for their needs and ensure the best practices in technical architecture are followed to drive product adoption. Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing complex business problems and generating actionable solutions.
• Facilitating decision-making processes for clients by communicating solution options.
• Collaborating on software demonstrations and prototypes to showcase connected experiences.
• Providing technical domain expertise on data governance and security, as well as creating architectural diagrams and technical documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in solutions engineering, architecture, or technical consulting, particularly in B2B SaaS and cloud data platforms.
• Strong verbal and presentation skills for effective communication with clients.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management and the relationship between data and CRM.
• Experience with data warehouses, cloud technology, and business intelligence products.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, and SQL.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with D360 and Agentforce, and familiarity with various cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Hands-on expertise with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
• Exposure to AI/ML solutions and generative AI.
