Principal, Data Cloud Solution Engineer - Middle East

As a Principal, Data Cloud Solution Engineer at Salesforce, you will engage in delivering customer success with Data, AI, CRM, and Trust through the Salesforce Customer 360 Platform. This role combines executive-level presence with full-stack technical skills to ensure that Data Cloud provides value to customers integrated with their complex data architectures. You will be part of a dynamic environment focused on innovation with next-generation technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and conduct in-person and web-based meetings to manage the technical aspects of sales opportunities from discovery to close.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop industry-specific use cases.
• Implement programs to enhance the technical evaluation of Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Advocate for key features needed for success based on customer feedback.
• Develop field enablement technical assets to drive business outcomes.
• Partner with Product Marketing to refine messaging and sales strategies.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience in customer-facing solutioning for Data, Analytics, AI, and CRM.
• Full-stack technical qualifications with a focus on data architectures and integration.
• Experience with major Hyperscale Data providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong communication skills to engage and inspire stakeholders.

Preferred Requirements:

• Understanding market trends and consumption selling.
• Hands-on expertise in modern cloud data platforms and data analytics tools.
• Experience with the Salesforce platform.

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in English; fluency in Arabic is desirable.
