The Customer Excellence Advisory Lead (CEAL) aims to empower customers to fully leverage their data by providing exceptional architectural guidance and design. As part of the Oracle Analytics Service Excellence organization, our team includes Solution Architects who specialize in Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Analytics Server, Big Data Services, and Fusion Data Intelligence. Our primary objective is to ensure the successful adoption of Oracle Analytics by engaging with customers and partners globally, fostering trust in Oracle Analytics. We also collaborate with Product Management to enhance our product offerings and share insights through blogs, webinars, and demonstrations.

Responsibilities
- Proactively recognize customer requirements and uncover unaddressed needs to develop potential solutions across various customer groups.
- Review and support big data infrastructures by evaluating existing comprehensive designs for big data architectures that align with business strategic goals and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare for complex product or solution-related inquiries or challenges presented by customers.
- Promote understanding of customer complexities and convey the value propositions of various programs to key internal stakeholders through speaking engagements at events, team meetings, and product reviews.
Primary Skills
- Experience working with cloud platforms like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Big Data Service (BDS), and Big Data Appliance (BDA).
- Proficiency in big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and NoSQL.
- Strong programming and scripting skills, with experience in languages like Python and Java.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient complex data architectures.
- Manage and optimize large-scale databases.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts to design and optimize data transmission networks, configure network settings, and troubleshoot network-related issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest big data technologies and trends.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with multiple cloud platforms.
- Certification in Big Data or a related field.
