The company is looking for Deployment Strategists — Strategic Builders who serve as customer-facing advisors responsible for defining AI strategies, shaping agentic solutions, and driving measurable adoption for enterprise customers. In this role, you will be part of a delivery team, working alongside Forward Deployed Engineers to translate complex business challenges into successful AI deployments that generate value. Your work will be engagement-focused and time-bound, typically lasting 12 weeks or less, potentially working on multiple strategic accounts at once. The ultimate goal is to ensure customers realize lasting, scalable value from the solutions your team creates.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Lifecycle Ownership: Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the complete value lifecycle — Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume, owning outcomes at every stage.
- AI Strategy & Architecture: Define the customer's Agentic AI strategy and roadmap. Lead design workshops and architect solutions leveraging the company's agentic AI platform.
- Deployment Oversight & Program Management: Manage timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting, ensuring operational excellence within your delivery team.
- Adoption & Consumption: Own adoption metrics, identify blockers early, and develop strategies to realize measurable value.
- Delivery Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy and execution, ensuring team focus and timely delivery.
- AI-Supported Development: Develop real customer solutions utilizing premier AI tools to enhance development productivity.
- Customer Stakeholder Management: Build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders, presenting proposals and outcomes that emphasize business value.
- AI Readiness: Assess customer readiness for AI adoption and steer change management to maximize benefits.
- Product Feedback Loop: Synthesize field insights into actionable product feedback that shapes the company's Agentic AI platform roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience (6-10 years for Senior levels) in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
- Demonstrated understanding of the company's platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
- Working knowledge of programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
- Ability to lead and own complex engagements end-to-end — from discovery to measurable outcomes.
- Experience leading AI/LLM solution design, including agentic AI strategy and responsible AI practices.
- Strong project and program management skills, managing multiple workstreams in ambiguous environments.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as necessary.
- Business-level proficiency in Italian and English.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with the company's Data Cloud, Agentforce platform, and CRM.
- Experience in designing AI solutions in regulated industries (e.g., public sector, financial services, healthcare).
- Platform certifications (e.g., Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist) or similar certifications from platforms like Microsoft or Oracle.
- Background in change management or enterprise transformation.
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts beyond LLMs, including NLP and model evaluation frameworks.
- A proactive attitude with a strong bias for action, adept at navigating fast-moving and unstructured environments.
