We are seeking a Principal Consultant to provide expert consultancy and work closely with customers, translating business requirements into implementable and supportable solutions. This role requires hands-on experience in E-Business Suite HRMS, delivering technical and functional solutions aligned with standards, maintaining and supporting customers’ applications, and integrating with Fusion SaaS as required. The consultant will be responsible for developing, integrating, and implementing application components, including front-end development, database integration, and OTBI/BI Publisher reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and analyze customers’ HR and payroll business needs to ensure solutions meet their objectives.
- Assist customers in their overall HRMS optimization and cloud journey, including integration with Fusion HCM if required.
- Ensure technologies and best practices are leveraged for HRMS solutions.
- Serve as the Solution Delivery authority, guiding customers on scope, quality, cost-effectiveness, and reusability.
- Provide technical and functional guidance on HRMS and related solutions to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain HRMS solutions for ongoing alignment with business needs across platforms and workloads.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Strong experience in implementing E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS, with at least 3 full cycles of successful implementations.
- Hands-on experience as an EBS HRMS functional consultant in HR, Payroll, and related modules.
- Strong knowledge of EBS HRMS patching, upgrades, best practices, and security.
- Experience in designing and developing customizations and integrations using ADF, PL/SQL, and Integration Cloud.
