RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop embedded software as required, including Flight Computer, Mission Computer and Payload Management.
- Document, test and review developed software to ensure a high quality end product.
- Support system qualification.
- Work closely with specialists in a multidisciplinary team.
- Adhere to company code of conduct.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- B.Eng. in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Minimum 7 years working experience in embedded software development environment (specifically for aerospace application).
- Experience in aerospace software development processes, such as DO-178C.
- Familiarity with the system engineering and software development process.
- Solid programming experience in C/C++.
- Good knowledge of RTOS coding techniques, IP protocols, interfaces (I/O), and hardware subsystems.
- Good software design, problem solving, and debugging skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Additional relevant qualifications and experience may be advantageous.
