What You’ll Achieve
In this role, you will lead the deployment and integration of AI network infrastructure solutions utilizing NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel technologies. You will coordinate the activities of technical solution team members to meet contract obligations, proactively identify potential issues, and drive resolutions to avoid customer impact while facilitating continuous improvement. Your work will involve building and sustaining effective communications with all partners and cross-functional teams to maximize the customer experience and strengthen relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and integration of AI network infrastructure solutions utilizing NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel technologies.
- Coordinate the activities of technical solution team members to ensure that full life cycle delivery costs are within the service level agreement.
- Proactively identify potential issues and drive resolution to avoid customer impact, facilitating continuous improvement.
- Build and sustain effective communications with all partners and cross-functional teams, maximizing the customer experience and relationships.
- Collaborate with clients to assess technical requirements and deliver customized infrastructure solutions.
- Develop comprehensive documentation including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, technical designs, and operational procedures.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer engagement lifecycle. Maintain awareness of all service matters and manage customers during any escalations.

Essential Requirements
- Five or more years of working full-time as an IT professional in a Data Centre environment with proven success in designing and deploying large-scale AI network infrastructures.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of networking concepts: IP Switching and Routing, networking up to and including L3 BGP eVPN Data Centre technologies, Firewalls and Security products. Experience with third-party networking vendor equipment such as Cisco Networks, Juniper Networks, Palo Alto Networks, and Extreme Networks.
- Implementation of advanced networking solutions, including NVIDIA InfiniBand and Ethernet technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in NVIDIA networking technologies: InfiniBand (Quantum), Ethernet (Spectrum-X), MLNX-OS, NVIDIA Cumulus OS, and Enterprise SONiC.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver results within dynamic environments. Strong knowledge and experience with communications, wide area and local area networking. Strong documentation and reporting skills to effectively document routine technical problems and to summarize the issues for various clients, including both business and technical clients.
Desirable Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience with GENAI frameworks and related tools.
- Experience with NVIDIA DGX and DGX SuperPOD platforms or similar GPU platforms.
- Certifications in Networking.
