The company is seeking a Principal Engineer - Creative Audio Visual (AV) to join our growing Building Technology Systems team in the UAE. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of creative and technical AV solutions across major projects.
- Develop immersive audiovisual experiences for museums, visitor centres, themed attractions, cultural venues, and mixed-use developments.
- Design and integrate projection mapping, interactive displays, multi-sensory environments, and show control systems.
- Deliver AV systems integrated with ICT, smart building technologies, lighting controls, and BMS platforms.
- Design active network infrastructure, wireless systems, structured cabling, and unified communications solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance across project teams.
- Engage directly with clients, stakeholders, architects, and multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Support business growth by contributing technical expertise to bids, proposals, and client presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in AV, ICT, and technology systems design on large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience leading the design and delivery of Creative AV solutions for museums, cultural destinations, immersive experiences, visitor centres, themed entertainment, or large-scale mixed-use developments.
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to lead multidisciplinary coordination, manage stakeholder engagement, and provide technical leadership across complex projects.
