The Principal Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Augmented Development) will lead the architecture, design, and development of secure, production-grade applications across the company’s AI-augmented product development organization. This role combines deep technical expertise with the ability to leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate development while maintaining high standards of quality, performance, and security.
You will work in a fast-paced environment where every step of the software development lifecycle is optimized using AI-assisted workflows, allowing the team to deliver enterprise-grade solutions efficiently. Collaboration with product, design, and DevSecOps teams is essential to translate complex mission requirements into scalable, resilient, and maintainable software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Feature Development & Technical Leadership (45%): Design, develop, and ship features across mobile, web, and backend; write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code; own features end-to-end from concept to production.
- Code Quality & Review (20%): Establish secure coding standards and enforce AI-assisted code review policies; refactor legacy code and maintain code quality standards.
- Collaboration & Communication (15%): Participate in sprint planning and share knowledge through documentation and presentations.
- Architecture & Design (15%): Contribute to architectural decisions and design APIs and data models.
- Operations & Monitoring (5%): Participate in on-call rotation and monitor application health and performance.
Education and Minimum Qualification:
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years of experience in building production mobile or web applications
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, Go, and React
- Experience with RESTful API design, database design, and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot is a plus
