Key Responsibilities:
- Manage application operations and support, ensuring service availability and reliability through incident resolution and system monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with architecture, security, audit, and risk management requirements for Oracle Fusion HCM solutions and integrations.
- Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions and automate processes aligning with organizational objectives.
- Author and review solution architecture and design documents, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards.
- Provide expertise across various Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Own technical governance frameworks, managing integration standards and compliance with security and regulatory policies.
- Oversee Oracle Fusion HCM components such as SQL, BI Publisher reports, and integrations using REST APIs and cloud integration technologies.
- Drive application modernization by evaluating Oracle innovations and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with security and audit teams to provide necessary technical artifacts for compliance approvals.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 12 years of IT experience with at least 8 years in Oracle HCM.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and integrations in complex environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience within banking or regulated industries is highly desirable.
