Principal Engineer PaaS-Applications FMW Oracle Identity Management (CSS)

Selected engineers will be responsible for providing consultancy, working with customers, translating ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable designs, and providing technical solutions aligned with Oracle standards. Responsibilities include maintaining and supporting customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SaaS, either on-site or remotely, while implementing PaaS solutions such as IDCS and integration to Oracle SaaS products. Engineers will develop, integrate, and implement application components, including front-end development, and work with complex architectures across various environments (on-premises, cloud, or hybrid).

As a member of the CSS Global SaaS & Apps Delivery team, your focus will be on delivering post-sales support and solutions while serving as an advocate for customer needs. You will resolve customer inquiries and technical questions, acting as the primary contact for Oracle Support. The role requires solving complex customer issues autonomously and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of related work experience
• Experience with Oracle’s core products, applications, and tools
• Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Strong communication and technical documentation writing skills
• Development background is valued
• Ability to collaborate globally and mentor team members
