Position

Customer Success Services (CSS) is an organization dedicated to providing tailored mission-critical support services for the full product stack. CSS seeks engineers with real experience in Middleware technologies, primarily on SOA related products and architectures. Selected engineers will be responsible for consultancy, customer collaboration, and translating concepts into implementable designs. They will also maintain and support eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SaaS, implementing PaaS solutions such as integration cloud/SOA.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Installation and configuration in highly available environments.
  • Patching, administration and monitoring, troubleshooting, and designing SOA and BPM based solutions.
  • Engaging directly in architectural tasks and implementing best practices.
  • Addressing performance challenges, security issues, and other technical concerns proactively.
  • Maintaining technical relationships with designated accounts to maximize customer value.
  • Collaborating with other engineers and teams to share knowledge and improve business results.

Requirements for the position are:

  • University degree.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
  • Development background is preferred.
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel and work onsite with customers at least 50% of the time.
  • Availability for 24/7 support.
