Responsibilities:
- Manage the Message Standards protocols team; design and develop large-scale C4I and TDL solutions.
- Design Message Standards protocols for C4I systems and support UX.
- Analyze systems' interoperability capabilities across various interfaces and standards.
- Support the systems engineering lifecycle from concept to delivery, including requirements analysis and documentation.
- Participate in system architecture development for C2 and tactical communications.
- Coordinate with various engineering teams and support risk identification and stakeholder engagements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in defence, aerospace, security, or mission-critical environments.
- Familiarity with defence development programmes or integrated systems, including systems engineering methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to C2, tactical communications, secure networks, ISR, or mission systems.
- Knowledge of defence communication systems and NATO interoperability standards.
- Experience in model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and relevant tools.
