The Opportunity:
The company is seeking a motivated and skilled Principal Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team dedicated to building an AI-powered data processing and analytics platform for the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the frontend architecture and technology stack.
- Establish best practices for code quality, performance, security, and accessibility.
- Lead design reviews and technical discussions, ensuring alignment with product vision and platform goals.
- Build advanced data-driven UIs, dashboards, and interactive visualizations.
- Mentor frontend engineers and advocate for engineering excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to create seamless user experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of professional frontend development experience with at least 3 years in a lead or principal role.
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and React ecosystem.
- Proven experience in frontend architecture for scalable enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with visualization libraries like Echarts or AgGrid is desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Good to Have:
- Experience with data-intensive domains and real-time visualizations.
- Familiarity with web sockets and collaborative tools.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development workflows, such as automated testing and code generation.
