Principal Frontend Engineer

The company is seeking a motivated and skilled Principal Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves building an end-to-end AI-powered data processing and analytics platform for the enterprise. As a Principal Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping engineering practices and delivering highly performant, scalable, and visually compelling applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve the frontend architecture and technology stack.
• Establish best practices for code quality, performance, security, and accessibility.
• Lead design reviews and technical discussions, ensuring alignment with product vision and platform goals.
• Drive the adoption of modern AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive solutions.
• Coach and mentor frontend engineers at all levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional frontend development experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or principal role.
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React ecosystem, and frontend architecture for scalable applications.
• Familiarity with Echarts, AgGrid, ReactFlow, or similar visualization libraries is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows is a strong plus.
• A strong background in building data-intensive domains, such as dashboards or real-time visualizations, is beneficial.
• Familiarity with core data management concepts is preferred.
