Principal Frontend Engineer

Presight AI is seeking a motivated and skilled Principal Frontend Engineer to join its dynamic team in building an end-to-end AI-powered data processing and analytics platform for enterprises. This role requires deep expertise in modern frontend technologies and strong leadership to influence product direction while delivering performant, scalable, and visually compelling applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve the frontend architecture and technology stack.
• Establish best practices for code quality, performance, security, and accessibility.
• Lead design reviews and technical discussions.
• Drive adoption of modern AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity.
• Build advanced data-driven UIs, dashboards, and interactive visualizations.
• Mentor frontend engineers and advocate for engineering excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional frontend development experience, including at least 3 years in a lead or principal role.
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and the React ecosystem (state management libraries, UI components, etc.).
• Proven experience in frontend architecture for scalable enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with visualization libraries such as Echarts, AgGrid, or similar.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:

• Background in building data-intensive applications (dashboards, real-time visualizations).
• Experience with web sockets and real-time collaborative tools.
• Familiarity with AI models and Python notebooks.
