We are looking for a Principal Fusion EPM Techno-Functional Consultant who will be responsible for providing consultancy, working with customers, and translating ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable designs. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical solutions aligned with Oracle standards, maintaining and supporting customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SaaS, and implementing and managing PaaS solutions such as Oracle Integration Cloud/SOA for integration with Oracle SaaS products.

Responsibilities Include:
- Ability to lead technical teams and coach team members.
- Assessing and analyzing customer business needs to ensure that Oracle solutions meet objectives.
- Assisting customers in their overall Journey to Cloud.
- Ensuring effective use of Oracle cloud technologies using best practices.
- Serving as the Oracle Solution Delivery authority for informed decision-making regarding scope, cost effectiveness, quality, and reusability.
- Providing technical guidance on Oracle cloud and/or on-premise solutions.
- Supporting multi-cloud and hybrid cloud setups.
- Ensuring successful transitions from implementation to operations.
- Engaging in pre-sales activities and identifying opportunities for Oracle product and service sales.
What We Are Looking For:
- Professional experience of 10+ years in delivering Oracle solutions and/or transformation programs, preferably using cloud technologies.
- Expertise in EBS and Fusion SaaS applications, especially in the EPM track.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, CRP workshops, design, configuration, testing, and execution.
- Proficiency in designing and developing Oracle cloud solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Applicants are required to read, write, and speak Arabic & English.
