The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical solutions aligned with the company standards and will be adept at maintaining and supporting customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SAAS, either on-site or remotely. Responsibilities will include implementing and running PaaS solutions such as the company Integration Cloud/SOA, developing, integrating, and implementing application components including front-end development, internal database integration, and OTBI Reports.

As a Principal Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be expected to assess and analyze customer business needs, assist customers on their journey to the cloud, and ensure that the company cloud technologies are used appropriately. The role also involves providing technical guidance on the company cloud and/or on-premise solutions, maintaining the company Solution to meet customer demands, and being the main contact for new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong experience in implementing Fusion Applications, with at least 3 full cycles of successful implementations
- Hands-on experience as HCM Fusion functional in HR, Payroll, OTL, and Absence Management, as well as Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, and ORC
- Experience with Data loading/migration (HDL, Payroll Batch Loader, extracts, web services, spreadsheet loaders) and a good understanding of the Fusion quarterly update process
- Strong knowledge in roles and security and proven experience on the company Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
- Ability to design and develop customizations using Visual Builder, ADF, and Process Builder in OIC to the company ERP Cloud
