We are looking for a Principal Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant who will be responsible for providing consultancy, working with customers, translating ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable designs. The role involves maintaining and supporting customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SAAS, whether on-site or remotely. You will implement and run PaaS solutions such as the company Integration Cloud/SOA and integrate to the company SaaS products. The position includes developing, integrating, and implementing application components, including front-end development, internal database integration, and OTBI Reports. This role also involves programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and administration of the company Cloud applications.

Responsibilities:
- Be a technical team leader and coach team members in relevant skills.
- Assess and analyze customers' business needs to ensure that the company solutions meet objectives.
- Assist customers in their Journey to Cloud.
- Ensure the company cloud technologies leverage best practices.
- Act as the company Solution Delivery authority, guiding customers on scope and achieving beneficial solutions.
- Provide technical guidance on cloud and/or on-premise solutions.
- Support multi-cloud and hybrid cloud setups.
- Ensure a successful handover from implementation to operations.
- Maintain the company solutions to meet customer demands.
- Work closely with the Technical Account Manager on technical management of work streams.
- Be the main contact for new business opportunities and support presales efforts.
- Lead and contribute to strategic programs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Strong experience in implementing Fusion Applications, with at least 3 successful implementation cycles.
- Strong hands-on experience as HCM Fusion functional in HR, Payroll, OTL, and Absence Management.
- Experience in Data loading/migration (HDL, Payroll Batch Loader, web services, etc.).
- Understanding of Fusion quarterly update processes and best practices.
- Proven experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), dashboards, and various data loaders.
- Ability to design and develop customizations using Visual Builder, ADF, and Process Builder in OIC.
