Principal Lead, eTrading Products

The Principal Lead for eTrading in Global Markets will be responsible for driving the strategy, design, and delivery of electronic trading solutions across multiple asset classes. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen to ensure the firm’s eTrading platforms remain competitive, scalable, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global eTrading strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Drive innovation in electronic trading platforms, ensuring best-in-class execution and client experience.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance, low-latency trading systems.
• Monitor and optimize electronic trading flows across multi-dealer platforms, APIs, and single-dealer platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, product managers, and support specialists.

Requirements

• 10+ years in electronic trading, with deep knowledge of Global Markets (FX is a must).
• Proven track record in leading and implementing large-scale eTrading platform initiatives.
• Strong understanding of connectivity protocols, API, and low-latency trading systems.
• Familiarity with algorithmic trading strategies and pricing engines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills accompanied by excellent communication.
• Postgraduate degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Minimum relevant work experience in a Bank or IT Company.
• Strong record of stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Strong numerical skills coupled with the ability to deliver well under pressure and tight deadlines.
