We are looking for a Principal EBS / On-prem Techno-Functional Consultant who will be responsible for providing consultancy, working with customers to translate ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable designs. You should also have experience in providing technical solutions aligned with the company standards. This role includes maintaining and supporting customers' eBusiness Suite applications, either on-site or remotely, implementing and running PaaS solutions such as Integration/SOA, and integrating with EBS products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and analyze customers' business needs to ensure that the company solutions meet their objectives.
- Assist customers in their overall Journey to Cloud.
- Ensure appropriate leverage of company technologies using best practices.
- Serve as the company Solution Delivery authority to aid customers in making informed decisions about scope for beneficial solutions.
- Provide technical guidance on EBS and/or on-premise solutions to customers and other company team members.
- Support solutions around multi-cloud and hybrid cloud setups.
- Ensure successful handover from implementation to operations, making sure the implemented solution fits customer requirements.
- Maintain the company Solution to meet customer demands.
- Collaborate with the Technical Account Manager to ensure that individual work streams are technically managed.
- Be the main contact for new business opportunities and support our presales team.
- Actively lead and contribute to strategic programs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Strong experience in implementing On-prem / EBS Applications, with at least 3 full cycles of successful implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience with company Financial Modules (GL / AR / AP / CM).
- Good understanding of the Fusion quarterly update process and best practices.
- Knowledge of roles and security, and proven experience with Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), dashboards, data loaders, and other related technical skills.
- Experience designing and developing customizations using Visual Builder, ADF, and Process Builder.
