We are looking for a Principal Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant who will be responsible for providing consultancy, working with customers to translate ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable designs. This role requires experience in providing technical solutions aligned with Oracle standards. Key responsibilities include maintaining and supporting customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SaaS, either on-site or remotely, implementing and running PaaS solutions such as Oracle Integration Cloud/SOA, and integrating to Oracle SaaS products. You will develop, integrate, and implement application components, including front-end development, internal database integration, and OTBI Reports.

Responsibilities:
- Lead technical teams and coach team members in relevant skills.
- Assess and analyze customer business needs to ensure Oracle solutions meet their objectives.
- Assist customers in their Journey to Cloud.
- Ensure Oracle cloud technologies are leveraged appropriately using best practices.
- Support multi-cloud and hybrid cloud setups.
- Maintain the Oracle Solution to meet customer demands.
- Act as the main contact for new business opportunities and support our presales team.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or related field preferred.
- Strong experience in implementing Fusion Applications, with at least 3 full cycles of successful implementations.
- Hands-on experience as HCM Fusion functional in HR, Payroll, OTL, and Absence Management, or in Oracle ERP - Financial Modules.
- Knowledge of roles and security in Fusion Applications.
