About the Job: We are looking for a Principal Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant who will be responsible for providing consultancy, working with customers, translating ideas and concepts into implementable and supportable designs. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical solutions aligned with Oracle standards and maintaining and supporting customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SaaS, either on-site or remotely. Responsibilities include implementing and running PaaS solutions such as Oracle Integration Cloud/SOA and integration to Oracle SaaS products, as well as developing, integrating, and implementing application components including front-end development, internal database integration, and OTBI Reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and analyze customer business needs to ensure Oracle solutions meet objectives.
- Provide technical guidance on Oracle cloud and/or on-premise solutions.
- Maintain and ensure Oracle solutions meet customer demands.
- Lead customer implementation toward operations.
- Identify and promote sales opportunities for Oracle products and services.
- Support multi-cloud and hybrid cloud setups.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Strong experience in implementing Fusion Applications, with at least 3 full cycles of successful implementations.
- Hands-on experience as HCM Fusion functional in HR, Payroll, OTL, and Absence Management.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Fusion quarterly update process and best practices.
- Proven experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and related features.
