Your responsibilities will also include:
- Supporting the sales process by leveraging defined solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with project and implementation teams to ensure the technical success of solutions.
- Creating high-end technical content for proposals, including necessary drawings and compliance documentation.
- Arranging and managing proof of concept (POC) engagements with customers, defining success criteria and timelines.
- Empowering team members in the area of OT security technologies and providing necessary training and certifications.
- Creating and maintaining relevant technical documentation and marketing materials related to OT security.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of OT cybersecurity concepts.
- Experience in designing defense mechanisms for SCADA environments.
- Familiarity with Industrial Cyber Security standards such as EC 62443, IEC 62351, NERC CIP, and NIST 800-82.
- Relevant experience with solutions from vendors like Nozomi, Tenable, Sentryo, IBM, Forescout, and Bayshore.
- Strong consulting and pre-sales skills, with a solid understanding of technology from both technical and conceptual perspectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong business acumen and pedagogical skills for effectively conveying complex technical concepts.
