As a Principal Platform Architect, you will provide guidance to the company, partner, and customer teams, ensuring technical architectures are designed for long-term success. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including executive and technical leaders, to align the company solutions with their digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical expert across multiple engagements, providing guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customer technical and business leaders to understand and support their digital transformation vision.
- Translate business and technical requirements into detailed architectural blueprints.
- Engage with Enterprise Architects to position the company as the standard platform for digital transformation.
- Manage technical governance and ensure platform health by working with engagement teams to reduce technical debt.
- Support sales efforts by scoping and estimating engagement opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of best practices for the company platform.
- Mentor team members to support their professional development.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience.
- Management consulting experience.
- Proven ability to integrate AI into work processes and decision-making.
- Ability to travel up to 80%.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Company certifications relevant to the workflows managed.
- Expertise in enterprise architecture and cloud application technologies.
