Location: Riyadh Region (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise across various engagements, assisting customers, partners, and internal team members in developing successful solutions.
- Build relationships with technical and business leaders at customer sites to align the company with their digital transformation vision.
- Translate business objectives into customer roadmaps and create architectural blueprints to meet complex goals.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to standardize the company as the platform for digital transformation.
- Manage technical governance, delivery operating models, and ensure instance health by minimizing technical debt.
- Support sales efforts by scoping engagements and preparing change orders.
- Actively contribute to sharing best practices and maintain up-to-date skills and certifications in the company.
- Mentor others for professional development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience.
- Management consulting experience is required.
- Ability to travel to Kuwait weekly.
- Up to 80% travel is expected.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience integrating AI into workflows.
- Proven ability to communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Certifications related to aligned workflows are preferred.
- Industry domain expertise, particularly in large program architecture, enterprise architecture, and cloud application technology.
