Principal Platform Architect

The company is seeking a Principal Platform Architect to join their Customer Outcomes team. This position plays a technical advisory role aimed at enhancing platform adoption and customer outcomes. The Principal Platform Architect is responsible for establishing a technical foundation within the company Platform and designing solutions that yield improved outcomes.

In this role, you will work across various customer engagements, assisting customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver successful solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a technical expert, guiding customers on best practices related to instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and platform health.
• Building relationships with technical and business leaders to align company capabilities with their digital transformation objectives.
• Crafting a customer roadmap by translating business goals into architectural blueprints.
• Engaging with customers’ Enterprise Architects to promote company as the preferred digital transformation platform.
• Managing technical governance and ensuring the health of instances to minimize technical debt.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of progressive experience in a professional services environment or equivalent education/experience.
• Management consulting experience is essential.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.
• Experience leveraging AI technology in workflows and decision-making processes.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Company certifications related to workflows and large program architecture.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required.
