Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical expert across multiple engagements, guiding customers and partners to deliver successful solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with technical and business leaders to align the platform with their digital transformation goals.
- Create architectural blueprints translating business and technical requirements into actionable customer roadmaps.
- Engage with customers' Enterprise Architects to standardize the platform as their digital transformation platform.
- Oversee technical governance and ensure platform health by collaborating with engagement teams.
- Support the sales process by scoping and estimating engagements.
- Share knowledge of leading practices and mentor others within the organization.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in a professional services environment.
- Experience with AI integration into work processes and decision-making.
- Strong management consulting background.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%.
- Ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Certifications and experience in enterprise architecture and cloud application technology.
