Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical expert across multiple engagements, guiding customers, partners, and internal team members to develop successful solutions.
- Build relationships with technical and business leaders to understand the role of the company in their digital transformation efforts.
- Translate business goals and technical requirements into architectural blueprints for complex objectives.
- Work with enterprise architects to position the company as a digital transformation platform standard.
- Manage technical governance and oversee project delivery models.
- Collaborate with teams to minimize technical debt and ensure instance health in alignment with the company leading practices.
- Support the sales process by scoping and estimating engagements and changes.
- Mentor team members to support their professional development.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience.
- Experience in management consulting.
- Up to 60% travel may be required.
- Strong analytical skills to drive complex issues through resolution.
- Ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Experience with company certifications related to workflows.
- Expertise in SaaS, enterprise architecture, and cloud application technologies.
- Innovative thinking in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
Language Requirements:
