Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Lead Architect for all SAP Central Finance and S/4HANA Finance initiatives.
- Design and validate the complete Central Finance architecture, including system landscape design and data flow integration.
- Architect and oversee the setup of key CFIN components and ensure seamless integration with other S/4HANA Finance capabilities.
- Provide expert-level functional and technical guidance on core SAP Finance/Controlling (FI/CO) modules.
- Drive the definition of the global chart of accounts and provide technical oversight for data migration and integrity.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors, establishing architecture governance processes.
- Mentor and guide functional consultants, developers, and project managers across global teams.
- Responsible for the architectural integrity and overall quality of the solution throughout the project lifecycle.
Preferred Education:
Master's Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Minimum of 15+ years of SAP Finance consulting and solution architecture experience.
- At least 7+ years as a Solution Architect/Lead on SAP Central Finance implementations.
- Experience leading at least three full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA or ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation projects.
Technical Expertise:
- Expert knowledge of SAP Central Finance architecture and data replication mechanisms.
- Deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance modules.
- Strong knowledge of integration technologies and data governance tools.
Leadership & Consulting Skills:
- Exceptional ability to conduct workshops and influence diverse global stakeholders.
- Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing complex technical risks across a multi-system, global landscape.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- SAP S/4HANA or Central Finance Certification.
- Familiarity with related financial solutions like SAP Group Reporting or SAP Treasury Management.
- Architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF).
