Core Responsibilities:
- Real-time calculation of currency-based/stablecoin-based margin occupancy; proficient in combined margin algorithms (SPAN/TIMS systems).
- Expertise in derivatives liquidation processes and relevant experience in position concentration heat maps and liquidation concentration stress testing.
- Lead perpetual contract funding rate arbitrage (cross-exchange spreads + funding fee capture) and manage term structure strategies (Contango/Backwardation dynamic switching).
- Familiarity with basic options business rules, including exchange position limits and trading margin occupancy.
- Monitor exchange credit risks and formulate position diversification plans.
Core Requirements:
- More than 5 years of futures trading experience, familiar with mainstream exchange rules and futures contracts.
- Proficient in cross-exchange arbitrage trading strategies and the use of Python for strategy backtesting, data analysis, and algorithm optimization.
- Excellent logical thinking, fast learning ability, and independent problem-solving skills.
- Strong cross-departmental communication skills to coordinate with quantitative and risk control teams.
- Experienced in the full life cycle delivery process of exchange derivatives and in handling extreme black swan events.
Language Requirements:
Multilingual capabilities preferred for customer support enhancement.
