Core Responsibilities:
- Real-time calculation of currency-based/stablecoin-based margin occupancy with proficiency in combined margin algorithms (SPAN/TIMS systems).
- Expertise in derivatives liquidation processes and related experience in position concentration heat maps and liquidation concentration stress testing.
- Lead perpetual contract funding rate arbitrage, term structure strategy (Contango/Backwardation dynamic switching).
- Monitor exchange credit risks (e.g., FTX-type event warnings) and formulate position diversification plans.
Key Requirements:
- More than 5 years of futures trading experience, familiar with mainstream exchange rules and futures contract details (order placement, modification, withdrawal, matching, trading, and forced liquidation).
- Proficient in cross-exchange arbitrage trading strategies (basis/spot structure arbitrage, etc.) and experienced in the full lifecycle delivery process of exchange derivatives.
- Strong skills in Python, including strategy backtesting, data analysis, algorithm optimization, and formulation capabilities.
- Excellent logical thinking, fast learning ability, and independent problem-solving skills.
- Strong cross-departmental communication skills to coordinate with quantitative and risk control teams.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is required. Other language skills are a plus due to the multilingual nature of customer support.
