Core Responsibilities:
- Lead perpetual contract funding rate arbitrage, including cross-exchange spreads and funding fee capture.
- Understand basic options business rules such as exchange position limits and trading margin occupancy.
- Conduct risk monitoring and management related to exchanges.
Key Requirements:
- Over 5 years of futures trading experience, familiar with mainstream exchange rules and futures contract details.
- Proficient in cross-exchange arbitrage trading strategies.
- Strong Python programming skills for strategy backtesting, data analysis, and algorithm optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and cross-departmental communication skills.
- Experienced in derivatives trading and management through various market conditions.
