Key Activities, Responsibilities & Accountability
- Provide governance and oversight of the CRH Program.
- Offer technical support regarding the CRH Program across all units.
- Interface with industry on CRH issues.
- Maintain the CRH Program per applicable program plan.
- Perform technical, schedule, and cost activities associated with the CRH Program.
- Monitor heat exchanger performance through appropriate efficiency and effectiveness methods.
- Ensure the development and maintenance of the Heat Exchanger Program.
- Optimize required activities and their frequencies on each in-scope heat exchanger through trending inspection/test data to maintain heat exchanger integrity.
- Provide technical guidance to design changes or temporary modifications that influence equipment under the program scope.
- Review PM Change for inspection and testing.
Health, Safety and Environment, Security and Business Continuity
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Take personal responsibility for safety; follow company HSE policies, procedures, and instructions.
- Challenge existing conditions and report any situation that could present a hazard.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Security policies and processes in all aspects of work.
- Adhere to Business Continuity and Resilience requirements to continue critical business processes with minimal adverse impact.
Engineering Program Development
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Guide the development of engineering programs in alignment with regulatory requirements and licensing to support facility operations.
- Develop engineering, operational, inspection, and maintenance actions that control the effects of physical degradation over time or with use.
- Create long-term plans for engineering programs, including policies, procedures, guidelines, and activities focused on performance management issues at the facility.
- Lead the implementation of adjustments to engineering program documents and procedures based on reference plant or industry best practices.
- Guide software tool development to support engineering programs and ensure data security and governance.
- Liaise for the review of programs for reference plants to ensure they align with facility objectives.
- Develop procedures, processes, and guidelines for easy reference by Maintenance and Operations personnel.

Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Maximum: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering.
Experience
- Recommended: More than 8 years of relevant experience.
