Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain portfolio scheduling standards including WBS, calendars, dependencies, and time risk allowances.
- Build and reconcile the cross-functional schedule with dependencies to ensure realistic forecasts for project planning.
- Identify critical paths and schedule floats, running what-if scenarios and modeling impacts of changes.
- Publish portfolio dashboards and reports to drive executive decisions.
- Coordinate with project managers and project support functions for schedule inputs and approvals.
- Operate scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and maintain controlled repositories for schedules, minutes, and logs.
- Foster an environment of constant improvement.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project scheduling, with at least 2 years in data center and/or GPU environments.
- Proficient in communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry-standard scheduling tools (e.g., MS Projects, Primavera P6).
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience with GPU deployments.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and G42 Cloud.
Language Requirements: Proficient in English (both written and verbal communication).
